Did you see us at Hautbois Fest?

The ARC was delighted to be invited to be on the stamp trail at Hautbois Fest over the long weekend 14-16  August when 592 participants came through our doors to do the WAGGGS and Thinking Day quiz, remembering the worldwide club we all belong to! The feedback was really good with lots of smiley faces.

It was an amazing weekend and we loved being part of it, having our doors opened to encourage the breeze and making the most of our new patio.

We were also delighted to receive an amazing donation from the first Guide Jamboree held in August 1949 in Hungary called Pax-Ting… yes, just a few weeks before the outbreak of war. It was memorabilia belonging to a leader from Bawdeswell in Norfolk. More about that to come on Facebook.
